I fill my days working in advertising and revising my novel to  *one day * publish. That is, if I can ever reconcile the creative and perfectionism facets of my personality.

I believe in the power of the written word, the freedom of speech, the responsibility of the press, and the world changing ability of stories. I have an insatiable curiosity, a fascination with people, and a mission for my words to make this world a better place. 

I studied journalism and English as an undergraduate at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. I completed my undergraduate degree a year early in May 2015 with honors.
